Infrastructure without support is infrastructure with an expiry date.
Every system degrades without attention. Hardware fails. Firmware falls behind. Configurations drift. The organizations that avoid unplanned downtime are not the ones with the best equipment, they are the ones with the right support structure around it. Zerick provides the ongoing technical presence that keeps infrastructure performing after the project closes.
Who We Are in This Space
Zerick delivers ongoing support and managed services across the full range of infrastructure we design, deploy, and integrate: server rooms, networks, security systems, smart city infrastructure, AV installations, and enterprise hardware. We also take on support for environments we didn’t build, where organizations need a capable local partner to manage infrastructure they have inherited or that has outgrown the support arrangement around it.
Our support capability is grounded in authorized field engineering status for HPE, Dell EMC, and Supermicro hardware. When enterprise hardware requires on-site intervention, our engineers are certified to perform it. We are not a support desk that escalates to the vendor. In many cases, we are the vendor support presence.
Support for 99.9% uptime and zero-loss continuity.
The Problem We Solve
The moment a project closes is the moment most infrastructure starts to drift. Not dramatically but quietly. A switch that needs a firmware update. A UPS battery that is approaching end of life. A backup job that completed with warnings for three weeks before anyone noticed. A camera that stopped recording because the storage filled up.
None of these are catastrophic events on their own. Together, over time, they build an environment that is increasingly fragile and increasingly distant from its original specification. The organizations most exposed to this are the ones that treat support as optional, who find out what their actual recovery capability looks like only when they need to use it.
On-site field engineering
Certified on-site engineers for hardware events, infrastructure interventions, and physical support requirements. For HPE, Dell EMC, and Supermicro environments, our engineers hold authorized service provider status, meaning we perform manufacturer-sanctioned maintenance and repair, not workarounds.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled maintenance programs covering hardware health checks, firmware and software updates, UPS battery and load testing, cable and connection integrity, cooling system verification, and configuration backup validation. We document every visit, every finding, and every action taken.
Hardware break-fix support
Diagnosis and repair of hardware failures across server, networking, storage, and peripheral infrastructure. For environments under warranty or vendor support contract, we coordinate the support process end to end.
Vendor SLA fulfilment
For organizations with HPE, Dell EMC, or Supermicro support contracts that specify on-site response, Zerick provides the qualified local engineering presence that fulfils that obligation.
Infrastructure monitoring
Monitoring coverage for server room environments, network infrastructure, and connected systems: hardware health, power status, temperature, storage capacity, and connectivity. We are transparent about the scope of our monitoring capability and size engagements to what we can deliver reliably.
Ad-hoc & project-based support
For organizations that need technical support capacity without a formal managed services contract: project-based engagements covering specific infrastructure needs, one-time assessments, urgent interventions, or support for environments in transition.
Our Vendor Partnerships

PowerEdge servers, PowerStore and PowerVault storage, and Dell networking. A strong portfolio for virtualization-heavy and high-availability deployments.
Smart-UPS systems, power distribution, and physical data center infrastructure. Critical for any environment where uptime is non-negotiable.
ThinkSystem servers and ThinkStation workstations. A cost-competitive, enterprise-grade option for compute and endpoint deployments at scale.
Servers, storage, Aruba networking, and HPE GreenLake infrastructure. One of our primary compute and networking platforms across SMB and enterprise environments.
UniFi switching, wireless, and network video. High-performance infrastructure at a price point that works for mid-market and distributed environments.
Enterprise networking across Catalyst switching, ISR routing, and Meraki cloud-managed infrastructure. The industry standard for structured, scalable network environments.
Certified engineering support whenever your team needs it.
Support for Infrastructure We Didn’t Build
A significant portion of our support work is for environments Zerick did not deploy. We take on these environments through a structured onboarding process. Full audit of what exists, documentation of the configuration baseline, identification of immediate risks, and a support plan built around the actual state of the environment.
Taking on responsibility for infrastructure we didn’t build requires honesty about what we find. We document the state of the environment at onboarding, identify what needs remediation, and agree on a realistic plan for bringing it to a standard we can support confidently. Clients inherit a clear picture of their own infrastructure, often for the first time.
How we work
SLA-based contracts
For organizations that require defined response time commitments, documented escalation procedures, and regular reporting, we structure support as a formal service agreement. SLA parameters are defined per engagement based on the criticality of the environment and the operational requirements of the client. We do not apply a standard template where the client’s environment doesn’t fit one.
Transition from project to support
For clients who engage Zerick for infrastructure deployment, the transition to ongoing support is a natural continuation of the same relationship. No knowledge transfer gap, no period where a new support provider is learning the environment. The team that built it supports it.
Industries We Serve in This Pillar
Our client base reflects the trust that comes from working this way. Government institutions, banking sector organizations, automotive operations, municipalities, cultural facilities, and private businesses across the region – each with infrastructure that carries real operational consequences when it fails.
Why Zerick
Support is where the quality of an IT partner becomes most visible, not during the project, when everyone is paying attention, but in the months and years afterward, when the infrastructure is running and the relationship becomes routine.
Already running infrastructure that needs better support coverage? Or finishing a project and thinking about what comes next? Let’s structure something that fits your environment, not a package designed for someone else’s.
What makes Zerick different in this space is the combination of breadth and depth. We support the environments we understand because we built many of them, and because our engineering capability spans the full range of infrastructure disciplines rather than one or two.
And we are honest about what we monitor, what we commit to, and what we find when we take on a new environment. In a support relationship, honesty about limitations is more valuable than promises that erode trust when they aren’t kept.
