DELLEMC – HPE – CISCO – UBIQUITI – SUPERMICRO

The room your entire operation runs from deserves more than an afterthought.

Server rooms are where downtime is born in poorly planned cooling, undersized power, disorganized cabling, and backup strategies nobody has tested. Zerick designs, builds, and supports the physical and logical infrastructure that critical operations depend on, from the initial room layout to the field engineer who shows up when something goes wrong.

Who We Are in This Space

Zerick operates across the full lifecycle of server room and data center infrastructure: design, deployment, virtualization, data protection, and ongoing hardware support. We serve clients where the stakes are high, from government institutions, banking sector organizations, to automotive industry operations where infrastructure failure is not an acceptable outcome.

We hold authorized service provider status for HPE, Dell EMC, and Supermicro, meaning our field engineers are certified to perform on-site hardware support, maintenance, and repair on the equipment your environment is built on.

Engineered for 99.9% uptime and zero-loss continuity.

The Problem We Solve

Most server rooms were not designed, they grew. A rack was added when the first server arrived. Another when the team expanded. Cooling that worked for three servers is struggling with twelve. Power distribution was never documented. Backup jobs that run every night have never been tested for recovery.

The environment functions until it doesn’t. And when it stops functioning, like during a hardware failure, a power event, or a ransomware incident, organizations discover that what they thought was infrastructure was actually a collection of decisions nobody wrote down.

Zerick brings structure to environments that have outgrown their origins, and builds the right foundation for environments starting fresh.

Server room design & build

Physical infrastructure design for new server room deployments: room layout, rack positioning, power distribution, UPS sizing, cooling architecture, structured cabling, and access control. We coordinate the full build scope including any electrical or civil works required through our subcontractor network.

Server room upgrades & optimization

Audit and redesign of existing server room environments. We document what’s there, identify what’s creating risk, and systematically address it: power capacity, cooling adequacy, cable management, rack organization, documentation gaps, and monitoring.

Virtualization

VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments – design, deployment, and migration. Consolidating physical servers onto a properly architected virtual infrastructure reduces hardware footprint, improves resource utilization, and dramatically simplifies backup and recovery.

Backup & disaster recovery

Data protection strategy and implementation using Veeam and Acronis. Backup job design, retention policies, offsite replication, and critically recovery testing. A backup that has never been tested is not a backup. It is an assumption.

Enterprise hardware support – field engineering

Authorized field engineering services for HPE, Dell EMC, Cisco, Ubiquiti and Supermicro hardware. On-site support for hardware failures, preventive maintenance, firmware updates, component replacement, and vendor SLA fulfilment.

Infrastructure monitoring

Real-time monitoring of server room environment and systems: temperature, humidity, power draw, UPS status, and hardware health. Alerting before conditions become failures.

Our Vendor Partnerships

PowerEdge servers, PowerStore and PowerVault storage, and Dell networking. A strong portfolio for virtualization-heavy and high-availability deployments.

Smart-UPS systems, power distribution, and physical data center infrastructure. Critical for any environment where uptime is non-negotiable.

ThinkSystem servers and ThinkStation workstations. A cost-competitive, enterprise-grade option for compute and endpoint deployments at scale.

Servers, storage, Aruba networking, and HPE GreenLake infrastructure. One of our primary compute and networking platforms across SMB and enterprise environments.

UniFi switching, wireless, and network video. High-performance infrastructure at a price point that works for mid-market and distributed environments.

Enterprise networking across Catalyst switching, ISR routing, and Meraki cloud-managed infrastructure. The industry standard for structured, scalable network environments.

How we work

1. Assessment first

We start with your environment: what you have, what’s underperforming, and where you’re heading. For new deployments, we define workload requirements before opening a product catalog.

2. Honest recommendations

We select hardware based on your requirements, not vendor margins. We present options with real trade-offs and let you decide with full information.

3. Procurement handled

Formal quotations, purchase orders, vendor documentation, and delivery coordination. We carry the administrative weight so your team doesn’t have to.

4. Deployed, not just delivered

Hardware arrives pre-configured where possible. On-site installation, rack integration, firmware updates, OS deployment, and post-installation testing are all part of the engagement.

5. Documented and supported

Every deployment comes with handover documentation. Ongoing support, warranty coordination, and lifecycle planning are available as a natural continuation.

Industries We Serve in This Pillar

Our client base reflects the trust that comes from working this way. Government institutions, banking sector organizations, automotive operations, municipalities, cultural facilities, and private businesses across the region – each with infrastructure that carries real operational consequences when it fails.

Government & public sector

Infrastructure that supports public services carries compliance requirements, documentation standards, and uptime expectations that demand a structured approach.

Banking & financial services

Financial institutions operate in regulated environments where data integrity, availability, and recovery capability are not optional. Our backup and DR implementations are designed around recovery time and recovery point objectives that meet both operational and regulatory requirements.

Automotive industry

Production and operational environments in the automotive sector have infrastructure dependencies that directly affect output. Downtime has a measurable cost per hour.

Why Zerick

Server room infrastructure is one of those areas where the quality of the work isn’t visible until something goes wrong. A properly designed power system, a tested backup, a documented configuration, these things don’t announce themselves on a good day. They matter on a bad one.

Have a server room that’s grown beyond its original design? Or building one properly from the start? Let’s talk before the decisions get made for you.

The field engineering capability is what makes us different in this space. We’re not just an integrator who hands over a system and refers hardware issues back to the vendor. We are the vendor support presence. Authorized, certified, and on-site when it matters.
