Zerick holds authorized partner and reseller status with the world’s leading technology vendors giving clients in Bosnia and Herzegovina and across the Western Balkans direct access to enterprise-grade products, validated configurations, and manufacturer-backed support channels. These are not casual supplier relationships. They are formal partnerships, maintained through demonstrated technical competency and sustained delivery standards.
Our vendor portfolio spans the full stack of modern IT infrastructure. For server, storage, and client hardware, we work with Dell Technologies, Dell EMC, HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise), Lenovo, and Supermicro, covering everything from high-density rack servers and enterprise storage arrays to workstations and commercial endpoints. For power protection and data center infrastructure, we are an authorized partner of APC by Schneider Electric, supplying and integrating UPS systems, PDUs, and power management solutions for environments where uptime is non-negotiable.
On the networking and wireless connectivity side, Zerick integrates solutions from Ubiquiti, Cambium Networks, and TP-Link Omada – including enterprise Wi-Fi, fixed wireless access, managed switching, and software-defined network management. For network security and firewall infrastructure, we deploy and manage Fortinet platforms, including FortiGate next-generation firewalls, SD-WAN, and unified threat management.
Our software and cloud practice is built on Microsoft licensing, including Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, and Windows Server environments. For data management, backup, and NAS infrastructure, we deploy Synology systems across both SME and enterprise use cases. In the area of professional displays and visual communication, Zerick is an authorized integrator for Sharp NEC, covering large-format displays, video walls, and professional signage, and for Samsung commercial display solutions. For document management and print infrastructure, we supply and support Epson, Brother and Kyocera business and production printers. Apple devices and ecosystem integration are available to clients building mixed-platform environments.
Across all of these vendor partnerships, Zerick functions as a single-source system integrator: assessing requirements, specifying the right combination of products, deploying and configuring the integrated environment, and providing ongoing managed support. Clients gain a consistent point of accountability, rather than managing separate relationships with each vendor’s local channel.
